Brave Little Oliver
Donation protected
Oaklee’s best friend’s little brother and Winter’s future husband is a strong, brave little soldier. Oliver is only 2 years old and has been diagnosed with retinoblastoma. (Cancer of the eye).
Back in July, The Norman family world was turned upside down when they received the devastating news that little Oliver had been diagnosed with cancer. After undergoing numerous tests, scans, and needles, it was confirmed that the cancer was at the highest grade and, therefore, would need to have his eye removed. They then also found out that it had spread to the blood vessels at the back of his socket and would therefore need chemotherapy. His poor little body is pumped for 8 hours, every 3 weeks.
As you can imagine, this is an incredibly challenging time for the family, both emotionally, mentally, and financially. Everyone is doing everything they can to support and provide Oliver with the best care and support that he deserves. But in the high of the cost of living, the extra expense of treatments, travelling and time away from work, expenses are all quickly adding up.
So, I am reaching out to everyone in the hope that, with all your help, we can ease some of the financial burden during this difficult journey. Your generosity, whether through a donation or simply sharing this page, would mean the world to the family and give Oliver the best chance to fight and overcome this disease.
Not only has this had an impact on little Olivier, but it has been hard on their other 2 children, Carter and Isla (Oliver’s Twin). They have both had to spend many nights away and apart from their family, while Oliver has been in hospital, getting treatment and recovering after his chemo, and he has been suffering badly with side effects. When the time is right, It would be lovely for the family to have some fun filled days together to look forward to.
Toni and Chris would like to say a huge Thank you from the bottom of their hearts and are truly grateful for your love, prayers, and support.
