Brandon’s Run is a 5K run/walk in celebration of Brandon Hayes, an eleven-year old liver transplant recipient. At the age of 4, Brandon experienced acute liver failure, putting him in dire need of a new liver. After a nationwide search to find a matching donor for Brandon, it was his mother, Cheri, who made the ultimate sacrifice, donating 30 percent of her liver to Brandon, at a time when living liver donor transplants had been all but eliminated. Join me in making a difference. Your participation and donation helps to raise awareness and money to benefit Georgia Transplant Foundation, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
