Georgia Transplant Foundation

Brandon’s Run is a 5K run/walk in celebration of Brandon Hayes, an eleven-year old liver transplant recipient.  At the age of 4, Brandon experienced acute liver failure, putting him in dire need of a new liver.  After a nationwide search to find a matching donor for Brandon, it was his mother, Cheri, who made the ultimate sacrifice, donating 30 percent of her liver to Brandon, at a time when living liver donor transplants had been all but eliminated.  Join me in making a difference.
