The Matsumoto family is raising money to start a memorial scholarship at Portland Community College for Brandon Matsumoto. Brandon died on May 28, 2018 at the age of 22. His lifelong dream was to help women affected by domestic violence.
Our goal is to help make that dream come true by setting up a scholarship at PCC for women affected by domestic violence.
