Just one week ago my very close friend/sister and her 2 children (15 & 12) became displaced due to a fire in their apartment, losing most of their clothing and belongings due to the water and smoke damage.

The property was paying for the hotel stay but was just informed that they will no longer be paying for it! She has spent the last two days trying to get any kind of assistance and has been turned away with no help or direction.

She is left with having to make sure her rent and bills are payed along with hotel stays awaiting the apartment being repaired (with no estimated date).

Also let’s not forget it’s the Holidays so she would like to be able to still do something for the kids to bring their spirits up!

If anyone could just help a little I know that it will go a long way and will not go unappreciated.
