Brain Haemorrhage takes the life of a Mother of 4
Donation protected
Hi, I am setting up this fundraiser on behalf of Maxine's partner and her four amazing children.
On Monday evening, whilst playing with her youngest son Maxine my Auntie suffered a Hematoma/brain haemorrhage and collapsed. She was then rushed to Oldham Royal Hospital before being transferred to Salford Royal, where sadly, a scan showed no brain activity.
On Tuesday just after 3 pm, her family had to experience the most traumatic event whilst witnessing her breathing tube being removed and her life support machine being switched off.
Maxine leaves behind four beautiful children, Sophie (20) Leo (16) Lily (14) and Matthew (11) who is Autistic and has special needs. She was engaged to her partner Bobby who is now the sole carer for her children, and is finding it extremely challenging to come to terms with this traumatic loss. Maxine was a daughter to Lesley and Peter, sister to Alex, and Auntie and Cousin to other family members.
With all the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings a financial burden. We are trying to raise money for Bobby and the children to help with any costs that will be incurred and to help with the funeral fees.
The loss has been traumatic and is still very raw for the family and the children who are trying to come to terms with the fact that mummy is not coming home.
It is in these times of loss and sudden sadness that you see people coming together and supporting those that really do need it. It has been so traumatic for the family, and we are thankful for any support during what has been a hard year for everyone.
