A gift for Jack .... this is my nephew Jack, sadly he was diagnosed with Aml (a type of Leukemia) in early July. He has had a rough few months, first week spent in intensive care , then chemo.
We have been told the chemo is not going to keep the cancer at bay because it is a genetic type & it will keep coming back therefore in next couple of months he will be having a stem cell transplant.
If you know Jack you will know he is one of the nicest lads you could ever meet, he is being extremely positive and fighting this .
Jack is 19 and once better I would love for him to be able to do a few things he has dreamed of doing, he has so much to see and do. Therefore I have set up this page for anyone who like myself would like to contribute to helping Jack achieve these and give something to look forward too when he fights this xx
