hi my names Joe I’m fundraising for my mom as she has been battling her own brother to keep her home her home As he is trying to take it from her in court. Originally he was to help his sister remodel her home and He moved her in to his

”home” At the time I stood aside as that was their deal. Then I started getting calls from my mom that she was cold and felt unsafe . He had put her into an old camping trailer from the 90s in dead winter with my 4 year old sister. So I told her to come and stay with me for the time being He wouldn’t give her any updates nor any say on the remodel of her own house. There was no written agreement nor contract agreed upon Because of how shady he was being and was treating her.

he ends up pulling off the job after partial demo. (So no contract and he demos interior of a livable home ) and says pay me or sign over your house . Me being in the construction field I ended puting my moms house back together With the help of friends, family and colleagues. After 6 months of still workin my full time job and trying to finish my moms we ended up getting it livable in June if 2022. He ends up taking her to court. Suing her for Dam near 70K of literall damage. I don’t know how he ended up winning in court as he didn’t have receipts nor a contract. Just brought in witnesses to decredit my mom. One being her daughters father shes also court with over founded accusations against him. My mom is a single mother on a one income house hold just tying to literally get by. She doesn’t have the funds to cover 70 thousand dollars and 27 thousand in lawyer fees .she had tried making small payments but were refused by her brother to purposely try to come after the house . So now they are.
