Boxing for Sobriety: Help Dan Help Others
Donation protected
My name is Dan Bolger. I own a small business that offers private boxing lessons for individuals and groups. I have found boxing to be therapeutic as I have struggled with alcoholism. As a recovering alcoholic, I want to give back to other addicts in the community by providing them private training or small groups to battle their addictions. It is my hope that boxing will help others on their journey of sobriety. My goal is to help as many people as I can whether it be to help with addictions or mental health. I believe boxing will help others live a more healthy lifestyle physically and mentally. I am seeking funds so I would be able to offer these private lessons or group classes for a reduced rate or at no cost if needed. As I balance my own personal responsibilities, raising two young boys, I hope to help others find their way and rebuild their life. Donations would help with having literature available, securing meeting/training locations, equipment such as gloves, focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bag, little weights and kettle bells.
