This year Zoe, James and I are taking part in Redcars 56th annual Boxing day dip to raise funds for Darlington Mind.

More information about Darlington Mind Limited: Darlington Mind Ltd. is a registered charity, dedicated to promoting and preserving good mental health and to assisting people who are experiencing mental distress to regain their full potential in life and work. It does this by providing Supported Housing, Adult Day Services, Older Persons Day Services and a Young Persons Self-Harm Prevention Project. It helps people in the Darlington and surrounding areas, who are experiencing a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety and dementia.
