Thanksgiving Boxes of Love 2020 - COVID
As part of our continued commitment to support local organizations and families during the holiday season we are again asking for SGWS of Southern California to come together to provide Thanksgiving meals to those in need through our Boxes of Love program. Last year we were able to provide support for over 300 families and in this unique year, many more families are finding themselves in need. We know with your support and that of our suppliers, friends and families we can band together for a successful 27th straight year !!
Due to these trying times and COVID precautions we hope to make the process as easy as possible on you. We have a Go Fund Me account set up and will turn all cash donations into live Boxes of Love! (estimated at $30 / box) We have partnered up with our local grocer and will do all the shopping for you.
Monetary donations will be distributed to our Riverside and SD branches so that we can continue with our outreach in these communities as well.
All donations must be in by Monday November 12th.
We want to thank you all in advance for your generosity. Your donations ensure that struggling families have something to put the table this Thanksgiving.
