Tucson is facing a serious housing crisis. For every homeless person, 20 folks live in poverty. So, there’s an urgent need for affordable, durable homes that can be built quickly. Tucson needs fresh housing solutions.

Hi, I'm Beau Phillips, the founder of Boxes of Hope.

We’re a start-up nonprofit known for transforming used shipping containers into livable rental homes. Our 4-ton boxes are the perfect solution. They once stood as a border wall between Arizona and Mexico. Now, those containers will serve a greater purpose: housing people in need. We’re converting hundreds of container homes and developing a village for singles, couples, vets, seniors, and anyone who’s priced out of the rental market.

We’ll provide them with a safety net from homelessness.

The University of Arizona invited Boxes of Hope to showcase our first container home on campus before their homecoming game. it at our public debut on 10/24.

We have commitments from big donors - once we finish building our model home, create marketing materials and video presentations.

Thanks for your help!
