Upto everyone.

on October 11th 2025 I will be running 200km for my uncle Anthony Hayes aka Box.

Unfortunately Box was diagnosed with cancer about 12 months ago and sadly the prognosis is terminal.

But to me Box is more than a timeline, he is family, he is strength, he is a legend. Box always says “if you live in the moment, each day is a bonus” and that how I’m going to attack this run. Step by step, Km by Km.

It would be greatly appreciated for any support given as these fund will be going towards something special for Box.
