Bowen Island Volunteer Fire Department Legal Fund

Bowen Island community members have come together to help with fundraising efforts to support the Bowen Island Volunteer Fire Department. Moving forward in negotiations with the Bowen Island Municipality (BIM) the volunteer Bowen firefighters need to hire legal counsel to represent them and ensure the best outcome for the community.

We are starting with Fundraising for the $10,000  needed to take the next step. Please donate to help our amazing volunteer firefighters who have supported our community for over 60 years! The first $5000 is already alocated for the retainer fee.

Any funds raised over and above what is needed will be redistributed back to the community through the Hall.
