10k to 200k: Borough x Damien John Kelly House Fundraiser

We are Borough, a young collective comprising of three creatives; Jake Smith (photographer/filmmaker), Robert Cox (photographer) and Spencer Hughes (Designer).

We have come together to design 4 t-shirts in order to raise money for Damien John Kelly House, a recovery living community for adult males in Liverpool. They believe recovery can be aided through arts, sport and culture. These things provide purpose, belonging and connection.

The lads at DJK produce some truly inspiring work and all of us at Borough have been in awe of the quality of their work, proving that the arts truly can be a force for good in all walks of life.

We will be completing two Milestone events in this fundraiser; the first being Barnsley 10k on the 30th of June, all three members of Borough will be joined by Owen Hirst to run the race. We will be out in our bespoke Borough x DJK T-shirts.

We will wrap the fundraiser up a month later with a 100km cycle to the DJK house in Liverpool, from Barnsley on Sunday, the 4th of August 2024 and returning to Barnsley the following day with marking another 100km.

All money raised on this fundraiser will be going towards supplies and workshops for the lads in the house so they can continue to produce their amazing work as they recover. Any and all donations are welcome.
