Boots on the ground, helping in Poland.

Stuart Cardwell (known as Papa to all the littles in his life) has spent much of his life helping others. The desire to help and support others is a core family value that he and his wife have passed down to their children and grandchildren.

With the continued aggression by Russia against the Ukrainian people, Papa decided that he needed to help - not from a distance, but with boots on the ground.

So he packed his bag, flew to Warsaw, and has traveled to Przemysl to assist in the Przemysl Refugee Center, where he is currently helping in any way they can use him.

He wants to stay and help - and we are reaching out to others who would like to donate to help the cause. The donations will be used directly in his efforts to make a difference in the lives of the refugees. He will use funds raised for this journey with genuine appreciation and gratitude, and every penny will truly count.
