There are three issues that have combined to cause our charging system to no longer meet the demand. 1, increased demand. With the growth of electric power, more and larger batteries are putting increased demand on our electrical system. 2, Reduced power generation. With time, our solar panels have lost generation capacity. Plus, a number of panels have been damaged by vandals trying to gain entrance to the containers. 3, Failing batteries. Most urgently, the batteries we currently have are at end of life, and even with generators, can no longer take a full charge
