Who doesn't love a good bonfire on a beautiful, brisk winter day? For decades, Mr. Ward, former owner of The Boon Store, would gather firewood for those snowmobiling through the Boon Community to enjoy. With his passing this past spring, we are asking that our winter riding community come together to help us continue this tradition. Your donations will go towards the purchase of locally sourced cords of wood that will then be available for snowmobilers who are out enjoying the trails of Northern Michigan in all of its snowy glory.
