Reading is the foundation of children’s intellectual growth. Shin Shin’s Books and Reading Program offers high quality books to children in the rural areas of China. The program provides funding to build reading corners and reading rooms for Shin Shin schools. It promotes reading throughout the school year by hosting different reading events and activities. With $400 a reading corner can be setup. $2500 will allow us to buy books for a school library. $5000 can help us build a brand new reading room. Your donation will go a long way in improving the education in rural schools in China.
