Bold Let's Talk is a 30-minute student-run and produced show designed to bring awareness to the variety of mental health issues that student-athletes experience.

Our show will be streamed on our YouTube channel, @boldletstalk, on December 1st and will feature fun and meaningful segments. These segments include athletes sharing their mental health stories, professional advice on how to take care of your mental health and educational sections on CTE, concussions and their impacts on mental health.

This show was created for our Intermediate Multi-Camera class, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Kids Help Phone, a youth mental health organization. Every donor will get a shoutout on our Instagram, @boldletstalk!
