BOBO The Champ Anti-Violence Movement

My name is Isaiah Daniels and my dad (Randall Daniels) has started an Anti-Violence Movement. He feels if he makes large or small impacts Anywhere, it can Save A Life Somewhere!!

Gun violence plus kids and adults are taking their own lives because Bullying combined with undiagnosed Mental Health Illness leaves people feeling alone with no way out.

There is no shortage of conversations about the VIOLENCE and BULLYING that plagues our youth and communities. Also, post-COVID studies have indicated that mental illness and mental health issues are on the rise. You can simply turn on the news, or take a scroll on social media to observe the evidence of these unfortunate truths. We probably agree we need more solutions. Almost all have experienced a traumatic lost to suicide and or violence. Which leaves a devastating aftermath for families & friends.

Based on my dad’s life experiences, he created & trademarked a character named “BOBO THE CHAMP” (website: https://BOBOTheChamp.org). Like Smokey the Bear, BOBO presents an animal character to better reach our youth’s understanding and draw them in. BOBO stands for Better Options Better Outcomes. My Dad’s non-profit partnered with United Way and they launched an Anti-Violence Pilot Project. BOBO & Randall are currently traveling throughout the United States speaking at schools, community centers, churches, and wherever BOBO’s outreach will reach. He teaches to inspire thinking through literacy with a BOBO game, banners, puzzles, books and more.
