Dear Friends and Family,

During July 19-26, I’ll be one of over 15,000 bicyclists participating in my 8 th “RAGBRAI”, the annual bike ride across Iowa. As part of my ride, I want to share about a ministry that has been close to my heart for nearly 30 years. Kevin and Sue Prins, YWAM missionaries, have headed YWAM campuses in the Caribbean. After a traumatic experience in Trinidad back in 2006, Kevin and Sue returned from the field to heal. Out of that painful experience, God planted seeds that became known as “Excelling Leaders”, which in turn birthed the development of the Radiant Life Retreat Campus in Paw Paw, MI. Their present ministry involves encouraging, refreshing and equipping missionaries who return from the mission field. This happen through intensive 9-day debriefing and wellness retreats. Because the ministry has grown tremendously, they are now in need of a Multipurpose Building. My goal is to help raise $10,000 or more of the $22,000 balance needed for volunteers to finish the building prior to their October retreat! I will be sharing a daily update during bike trip.
