Bloom: The DBA Downtown Flower Program

Recent acts of vandalism in downtown Brattleboro have brought up feelings of anger, discouragement, and a desire to turn negatives into positives. We have been asked how the community can support and protect our vibrant Bloom, the Downtown Brattleboro Alliance flowers program. We appreciate you! Here is how you can help:

 

For the first time since 2019, we ask for your contributions to help us continue beautification efforts, repair damages, and advocate for stronger protection against future crimes. If you are saying you love our flowers - give to what you love! $5, $10, $75 or $200... whatever you can do!

 

The Downtown Brattleboro Alliance has continuously funded the downtown flowers through our annual budget. Dick DeGray is the tireless volunteer on the front lines who has had the vision for years and ensures the flower magic happens every season. Our flower program relies on him and is eternally grateful for his determination and ownership of this part of our program. Described as the "Lorax of the Flowers," we need to support him.

Spring, Summer, and Fall Brattleboro is full of flowers. The DBA Flower Program is bountiful and vibrant. It puts smiles on faces all around the town!
