VR for Joy: Empowering Seniors and People with Disabilities
Donation protected
Hello supporters of joy and inclusivity,
Bliss VR Society is a nonprofit committed to harnessing the transformative power of virtual reality to create meaningful experiences for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our mission extends beyond providing free access to VR technology—we actively partner with senior centers and organizations for people with disabilities to deliver group VR sessions, fostering connection, engagement, and joy for participants. These sessions are designed to help people explore new worlds, overcome physical barriers, and experience the therapeutic and social benefits of shared virtual reality.
We’ve seen the profound impact of VR firsthand, from sparking joy to enhancing well-being, and we’re determined to expand our efforts to reach even more people. To do this, we’re seeking your support to raise $10,000 for additional VR equipment. This funding will enable us to grow our empowerment program, including our work with senior centers, and bring these transformative experiences to more individuals who can benefit from them.
Here’s how you can help:
• Donate any amount to support our goal.
• Share our mission with your network—on X, via email, or through conversations.
• Champion our cause by organizing local events or fundraisers to amplify our impact.
Your contribution will directly support the expansion of inclusive, life-enhancing VR experiences. Together, we can create more opportunities for joy and connection.
