This winter, many people in Atlanta will face the cold without warm clothing or basic hygiene supplies. According to the 2024 Point-in-Time count, about 2,867 people in the city of Atlanta, GA — both sheltered and unsheltered — are experiencing homelessness. To support those in need, Atlanta International School’s Model United Nations and IHOT Robotics teams are collecting items to create Blessing Bags for Atlanta Mission, and we’re raising funds to purchase essential supplies.

Each blessing bag will include items like:

• Winter clothing (hats, socks, gloves)

• Personal hygiene products

• Underwear and intimate apparel

• Cold & flu medications

Your donation will help us buy these supplies and assemble as many bags as possible. Even a few dollars can add another item to a bag and bring comfort to someone experiencing homelessness. We will be collecting funds until the end of the day on Friday, December 12, 2025.

A blessing bag isn’t just stuff — it’s warmth, dignity, and a reminder that someone cares.
