Bless a Child Who Lives in the Slums — Save a Life

My name is Derick Kabogoza from Uganda, and I am part of a youth-led humanitarian group called The Happy Family. Our mission is simple but powerful: to bring hope, love, and support to children living in the harshest conditions — the slums.

Every day, we meet children who wake up without food, proper clothing, or a safe place to sleep. Many live with single parents, elderly guardians, or sometimes have no stable home at all. Some sleep on bare floors, others go to bed hungry, and many have been forced out of school because poverty stole their chance.

But even in these heartbreaking situations, these children still smile.

They still dream.

They still hold onto hope.

Why We Started This Fundraiser

We believe that blessing even one child can save a life.

Many of these young ones are facing malnutrition, sickness, and deep emotional pain. They lack simple things like food, clothes, shelter, school supplies, and medical care — the things every child deserves.

This fundraiser aims to lift at least one child out of suffering, and with your support, we can reach many more.
