Recently I lost a beautiful friend to Appendix Cancer. During her struggle, Lindsey Finsilver worked to raise awareness of this rare and often overlooked type of cancer. Her dream was that others who suffered from appendix cancer would have access to the HIPEC treatment that helped her fight her cancer and that gave her more time with everyone that loved her so much.
For my mitzvah project, I made this wonderful body scrub. I would love your support in purchasing a jar or simply making a donation to this cause. Each jar costs $10.00. 100% of the proceeds that I raise will be donated to the Lindsey & Brett Finsilver HIPEC Program at Henry Ford Health Systems. With your contribution, more people with appendix cancer (and other types of cancer) will have access to the HIPEC treatment and lindsey's dream will become a reality.
