This year Miles that Matter is running to support people experiencing homelessness in Blackpool and we need your help.

Blackpool is facing a homelessness crisis that is more than twice the national average. Nearly 18 people per 100,000 are seeking help for homelessness here, compared with around 7 per 100,000 across England. Over half of these are due to losing a private rented tenancy and many are ending up in temporary accommodation or sleeping rough. On any given night around 9 people are likely to sleep rough in Blackpool, and each month there can be 16–20 different individuals experiencing rough sleeping.
