On Sunday 26th April 2026, we're taking on a charity walk from Blackpool to Preston to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy UK and local charity TippyToes Baby Bank.

Our long-time friend, Neil, is living with Becker muscular dystrophy, a progressive condition that causes muscles to weaken and waste over time. It’s the same disease his brother has battled with for most of his life, and one that has already taken his brother's ability to walk.

There’s currently no cure. But there is hope. Clinical trials are underway, aiming to slow down — and one day hopefully reverse — the effects of this devastating condition. That’s why we're doing this.

Neil has always been one of the most positive and kindest people we know, and a good friend. This walk is our way of supporting him, raising awareness, and helping to fund the research that could make a real difference — not just for Neil, but for so many others living with muscular dystrophy.
