Black Lives Mural Bed Stuy - Programming Fund

The continuing COVID-19 pandemic along with the national racial justice reckoning and unemployment crisis have deeply impacted everyday life for families and left many children disillusioned. By activating the Mural, we transform this open space and public art from a passive memorial to one that offers residents opportunities to cope with stressors, manage fears, and find some relief.

By offering quality, socially responsible programs led by teaching artists, creatives, performers, and health and wellness experts who prioritize distancing and are COVID-19 conscious.
