Black Lives Matter Billboard for St. Cloud

We are a group of St. Cloud, Minnesota area progressives who believe Black lives matter. The individual actions we take have spoken these words. It is time that we, as a community, shout them.

We are raising money for a billboard on Division Street in St. Cloud that will say "Black Lives Matter." We have someone working on a design but it will be very basic and will simply state those words. The cost is roughly $200/week with additional taxes and about $180 set up fee. We will keep the billboard up as long as we have the money to do so. 

We know this is just a small gesture, but we do this in honor of George Floyd, Philando Castile, Breonna Taylor, Rayshard Brooks, Daniel Prude, Atatiana Jefferson, Aura Rosser, Stephon Clark, Botham Jean, Alton Sterling and the thousands of other Black people who have been senselessly murdered by police in the United States.
