Thanks for your interest and continued support of my life's work.
Like many of you, I'm tired of the city life and I'm ready to move away from the constant unrest and dysfunction.
Instead of complaining, I'm using my time and talents wisely.
I am currently connecting with people all over America who feel the same way.
As of 7-17-20, my network of new friends includes people from California, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, Florida, and Michigan.
My plan is to travel to some of the most viable locations to personally examine the land and connect with the land owners.
My initial goal is to find a location for a homestead within the next 12 months.
My ultimate goal is to create a network of homesteads and microcommunities all over America.
There is no need to beg for handouts or protection if we can support and defend ourselves.
Use of funds
Funds raised thru this campaign will cover my travelling expenses as well earnest money, deposit, inspections, improvements, etc.
The property will be purchased or leased using owner financing so there is no need to raise a ton of capital.
The most powerful aspect of my plan is I'm only looking to buy or lease land from Black land owners.
Circulating our resources is one of the key factors in our long-term survival.
After this first homestead is fully operational, I will help others create similar projects using my blueprint.
Land is the most valuable resource we can pass to future generations.
We can rebuild our culture, families, businesses, and communities .
All we need is our own space!

I am a retired business owner with over 22 years of experience.
I've been involved in just about every type of venture you can imagine.
Even though I made millions of dollars during my career, my work and lifestyle had no true meaning.
In early 2019, I evolved into a social entrepreneur and catalyst for global transformation.
It's been a rough road, but I've met some great people and learned some valuable lessons.
Now, I am taking a leap of faith into the most important project of my life.
I must use all of my knowledge, will power, and fortitude to fulfill my mission.
I'm not only creating a tangible legacy and generational wealth for my family.
I'm creating a set of processes that can be duplicated and repeated over and over.
