Hi, my name is Simran Rana, and I am a junior at Clovis North High School.

This campaign (Birthing Equity Initiative) focuses on raising awareness and support for those in the Central Valley, an underserved community, and surrounding areas who face major challenges during childbirth, such as high infant mortality rates, inadequate care, and unaffordable medical costs. Specifically, military families and others with limited insurance struggle to access the proper support they need before, during, and after birth.

In partnership with Peaceful Passages, an organization dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic birth care, this initiative aims to promote equality in maternal health and ensure that everyone, regardless of financial or insurance barriers, can experience a safe and supportive beginning to parenthood. My goal is to raise $2,500 to support families who are in dire need of this service.
