Prayers for Humanity in the Amazon

In less than 2 weeks, I will celebrate my 40th lap around the sun. As I reflect on my life and the woman I’ve become- especially in the spaces where I work and heal- I recognise that a large part of my growth has come from the teachings and healing of the plant allies and master teachers who have walked with me.

In under a week, I will embark on what feels like the biggest pilgrimage of my life. Although I have been to the Amazon many times, this time feels like I’m going bare, for the greatest evolution of my life.
I’m heading deep into the Colombian jungle to sit with two powerful tribes ( Yawanawà & Cofàn) who are coming together in ceremony—to pray for the earth, for humanity— during these transformative and uncertain times. This is not a light gathering they are joining to sing the songlines, to recalibrate the energy of this planet.

Their songs are designed to maintain balance and harmony between humans and the natural world, reflecting a worldview where what is taken from the Earth must be given back.
For those who have heard the Yawanawa sing, you will understand the profound force and frequency of their voices and devotion.

We will be sitting in ceremony over the big Lions gate portal, which also will coincide with my 40th birthday. I couldn’t think of a more incredible way to celebrate the ending of this decade, it’s been the more transformative for sure.

These tribes have taught me humility and how to be in true service. Their deep devotional prayer, healing work, and commitment to Mother Earth, has been a profound transmission.

This year, as a continuation of their sacred work, my wish is to support the preservation of their ancestral wisdom and land, and to deepen my own journey of learning, growth, and service.

This is a vulnerable ask—to practice receiving in the spirit of reciprocity.

If I have ever held space for you, shown up for you, listened, loved you without judgment, given you my time, energy, wisdom, or compassion- if I have somehow touched your life, big or small- I invite you to join me in this circle of support. If you feel moved to offer your gratitude or reciprocity, it would mean the world to me as I continue on this path of service and healing.

I’ve always believed in karma and that all energy returns to you, so I’ve tried to show up for others in whatever way I can. Instead of gifts this year, I have created this fund to support these incredible tribes. I feel so blessed entering this new decade, grateful for everything I’ve received.

If you feel called to support this journey of the Yawanawa to Colombia from Brazil ( this is a big and expensive journey for them) and the continuation of their sacred work, your donation will help preserve their homes, protect their land, and amplify their sacred prayers.

In the midst of the chaos of the world, may we hold that hope and faith in what is emerging. As we move into this new Age, as we allow the currents of the earth and sky to carry us into higher consciousness, to clear the blocks, to help us heal what needs to be healed, to come back into that joy of living from our hearts with courage. In sacred relationship with all that is. I am in deep gratitude to the tribes that hold this prayer.

If you’re unable to donate, I will gracefully accept your prayers for this journey, with deep gratitude. If you feel called to share this with your network that would also be deeply appreciated.

Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and support. From my heart to yours.

Haux Haux.
