Bike 200 Miles for American Heart Association

hey friends and family most of you know I had surgery in summer of 23 for a stomach problem that I didn’t know I had any way I survived with gods help and I’m down to 166 lbs so for almost 1 year I’ve been riding my bike 160 miles a month it’s only a beach cruiser so I don’t do any thing crazy so I bought a new beach cruiser with 7 gears to make riding a little more easy so I’m going to ride 200 miles in the month of April I usually cruise around Lakewood but sometimes ride to Carson to visit mom I plan on riding to seal beach this week anyway if you see me stop and say hi I’m not in a hurry I had to do go fund me to join this event if you want to give $20 is more than enough hopefully this will reach all friends thanks GO PACK GO
