Mobile soup kitchen-Serenity

I would like to start a mobile soup kitchen, which will serve the capital region and will be open to anyone in need. We will be staffed completely by volunteers and the funding will be used to get us off the ground. There are many pantries and kitchens providing meals, but they are stationary and usually not very well known, advertised or accessible to people in need. I have been informed by many local kitchens that after the Salvation army closed its mobile soup kitchen there was a void left in the capital region, lets fill that void together.           
We want to educate people to the resources available to them not just feed them.

My goal in all of this is to let people know someone cares and loves them, no matter how alone and uncared for they may feel.
