This unlawful treatment of a mother and her child was so hard to watch and the trauma it has caused Renee, her son and their family is against basic human rights, against our constitutional rights and is downright shameful. 

We are calling out to the community to support this amazing woman and her family who was peacefully standing in a public street in Sydney when she was unlawfully detained, who’s child was ripped out of her arms and was placed under arrest for absolutely no reason. 

• She committed no crime 
• She caused no loss or damage to persons or property
• Her child was abused by intimidation 
• Both her and her child were detained illegally. 

She wasn’t offered food or water while detained
She wasn’t given her right to a phone call
She was not asked if she had any medical issues 
She was not checked or asked if she was ok after the unlawful arrest.

This crowd funding is to show support to her and her family, specifically a little boy who will be scarred by this for life.
