In light of our current state of emergency with so many millions of people out of work and the tireless hours devoted by our first responders, HLSC is giving back to the community by providing dinners to various organizations, as well as, helping out the local restaurants.
We have provided meals to Fairfax County Police and Fire Department in McLean, and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, thus far. We are working with Adopt-a-Family in Fairfax County to provide Amazon gift cards to those families, who are in desperate need for basic household items.
This week, we will provide meals to cover another shift at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, the entire medical staff covering two shifts at Children’s Hospital in Washington D.C. and Inova Fairfax Hospital, and finally, West Friendship Volunteer Fire Department in Sykesville.
We are so very fortunate to be employed during these difficult times and we hope you join us in this effort of giving back to our local communities with your donation.
