Beyond the Wire - supporting the Armed Forces Bereaved
Donation protected
Beyond The Wire is a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) and relies exclusively on grants and donations for its work.
Beyond the Wire exists to provide support to armed forces families, their friends and comrades, in navigating the profound impact of military bereavement. The loss of a loved one in service can bring significant challenges, including feelings of isolation, financial uncertainty, and difficulties accessing essential services. We are here to listen, advocate, and connect families and the bereaved community with the resources they need to find stability and healing. As a trauma-informed organisation, we work to ensure that every bereaved spouse, partner, child, parent, sibling and colleague is treated with dignity and respect. Through our commitment to cultural and policy change, we strive to create a future where no member of the Armed Forces bereaved community feels forgotten or alone.
You can donate here. Any amount, no matter how small, contributes to us working to improve outcomes for the Armed Forces bereaved community, so we’d like to say a huge thank you in advance.
Your contribution will go towards developing our Bereavement Hub which helps bereaved families navigate life after loss. It will also support important research that will influence UK policy so that the Armed Forces bereaved community is better supported.
You can read more about our work on our website www.beyondthewire.org.uk.
Thank you again, from everyone at Beyond The Wire
