My name is Hamad. Since I was a child, I dreamed of becoming an architect, building homes that would provide for families. But war stood in my way, closing the doors of work in my face due to the siege and destruction.

I didn't give up. I learned to be a barber and started a small shop that provided my livelihood. I then got married and had twin girls, who are the light of my eyes and the source of my silence and strength in this harsh life.

But fate was unforgiving. My home and shop were destroyed by heavy shelling, and life has become an endless nightmare for us. Prices in my city are unimaginable, and it has become impossible for me to provide the simplest things for my two little girls: milk, diapers, and food.

I am writing to you now with a heavy heart. I ask for your help so that I can protect my family and give my children the safety and love they deserve despite the storms surrounding us.

Any support from you, no matter how small, will light a new path and a new breath of life for us.
