As developments unfold, all updates will be posted via here.

The 14-Year-Old Girl with the Vision Card
Most people with an ACE score of 9 don't make it to age 30. Jess did. Homeless at 14 and left to survive the streets of Melbourne, she carried a single vision card: “Become a businesswoman. Build something. Find home. When successful, use your journey to positively impact those starting from similar beginnings.”

She did exactly that. She taught herself every skill, became a manager of a hospitality operation by 19, a GM at 24, and built not one but three successful businesses. Her latest. a thriving events business that championed women’s safety and liberation. She was the only young solo female to run such an event in that industry, paving the way for others. After decades of fighting, she finally found her sanctuary—an apartment that became her longest-held home - 6 years. She stopped fighting and started living. For the first time in her life, she felt a sense of deep peace, happiness and love for life.

She did exactly what she set out to do. She didn't just become a success; she became a mentor. She taught, she built, and she led. At the moment this siege began, she was finally launching her most important work: a Social Enterprise designed to turn her professional success into a lifeline for others. She was ready to be the bridge for people starting from the same "similar beginnings" she once did.

"Before the siege. Before the terror. Before everything was taken. This is who Jess was when she was free, the woman she became all because she had a vision for her life."
Happier times - when leaving the house didn't mean being followed. When success felt safe. When home was a sanctuary.
This smile cost her everything to build. They spent the last 12 months destroying it.

This is the Jess fighting to come back. Before terror. Before isolation. Before they tried to erase her.

6 Months, Many Nights on the Kitchen Floor
That peace was shattered in November 2024. A competitor, backed by organised crime (OMCG), targeted Jess to force her to hand over her business. They didn't just attack her brand; they moved into her building.

The Siege: For six months, Jess lived in a war zone. Armed men brought chainsaws and guns to her door. Signal jammers killed her phone service so she couldn't call for help.

The Survival: Jess spent her nights on the kitchen floor between the fridge and dishwasher—the only spot she felt protected from gunfire if they shot through the walls.

The Betrayal: While Jess was barricaded inside, the competitors ex-girlfriend/ current employee/ close friend launched a digital smear campaign and then hijacked her business safety pause announcement to spread panic and create distrust in the brand. What should've been a simple safety pause while jess resolved the building matter became a permanent end to her business when the competitor blackmailed her; do the deal or I post online, on social media, on the local sub and various other channels; do the deal or suffer the consequences. She refused, he made good on his threat. He publicly shared what was happening at Jess's home and ridiculed her. The weapons. The surveillance. The OMCG enforcers in her building. He made the situation public knowledge and framed it all as a delusion. He labelled Jess mentally unwell.

The community believed him. Instead of support, Jess received: "We hope you get the help you need", "This is clearly a mental health crisis" and "Please seek professional support". The moderators didn't just allow it. They participated, even after Jess sent them proof of his blackmail and threats. It was the perfect weapon.

This is how you destroy someone in the digital age. The business wasn't failing as he publicly claimed, bank records prove this. It was thriving. The final March event was the most successful ever—highest attendance and high revenue.

They silenced Jess - with no right to reply. Jess was begging for support and instead had her community turned against her Jess was systematically silenced while lies about her business spread unchecked.

When Jess tried to get help, the Institutions weaponised mental health against her. Jess called police to stop the competitors planned online attack. They didn't investigate the blackmail and threats or try to stop him. They decided she needed mental health intervention, not protection from a crime.

Throughout all this, the building management, who Jess has proof were connected to the perpetrators, looked the other way. They were likely responsible for the unlocked second apartment on Jess's level, a new base for them to take over when the first one gained too much police attention.

Jess wasn't the only victim:
Her patrons and community were victims too.

Jess says "For the last half-year, this hasn’t been a life; it’s been a siege.
While the world saw a successful business owner, the reality was much darker. There have been many nights spent on the kitchen floor—too exhausted to move, too hyper-vigilant to sleep, paralysed by a coordinated campaign of digital sabotage and physical harassment in my own home. They tried to take my business. When I refused, they tried to take my reputation. When that didn't work, they moved to take my home."

The goal: force her out of the market, destroy her events business and force her to hand it over, all led by a competitor. It worked. Her business closed in April 2025.

A 4-Month Bridge to Justice
Jess refused to hand over her company. She chose defiance over surrender. Now, the building management is ˆinterfering with investigation, obstructing access to evidence and unleashed a witness intimidation campaign, tempting a "tactical eviction" to make her homeless before she can testify in court.

This is where the cycle stops. We aren't just asking for rent; we are funding a legal and psychological counter-offensive. We need to bridge the gap between now and April 2026.

The Tactical Budget: Where Your Money Goes
Strangers need to know their money isn't "disappearing." This is a calculated investment in a human life:

4 months of survival to reclaim a lifetime of work.

Why This Matters Right Now
Jess has the evidence. She has the screenshots. She has the footage. She has the will. But she is currently a prisoner in her own home, being starved out by a corrupt management team.
If we let them win, we tell organised crime that they can erase anyone if they just shout "mental health" loud enough. Don’t let them make her invisible again. Please donate to help Jess stay housed, stay safe, and speak her truth in court.

She built a successful life against all of the odds stacked against her. Alone. Every skill is self-taught. Every door she kicked open herself.

I fell in love with someone who turned "you'll never make it" into fuel.

Now I'm watching organised crime destroy everything she built—with her property manager's help.

Who's Involved (Proven):
  • Competitor 1 (competing business owner - Similar Parties)
  • Competitor 2 (operating a venue under false identity - Part of organised crime)
  • Key industry Figure who volunteers at events but works for competitor 2 - gathers insider information (insider who betrayed Jess's trust, fed intelligence to competitors, isolated Jess from her friends)
  • OMCG-connected enforcers (the people actually sent to terrorise her)
  • Building Manager #1 (BM#1) resides in St Kilda adjacent to the OMCG enforcers involved in the harassment. After a failed attempt to force a "break lease" on the tenant, BM#1 sold the management rights to BM#2. When Jess identified the unlawful occupants as OMCG, she said: "They need to make money somehow". Only removed them when the Owners Corporation forced her to. Even apologised to them during removal: "It's not me—my hands are tied".
  • BM#2: was fully briefed on the criminal activity during handover. He admits to possessing the evidence/records from BM#1 but has formally refused to release them to the victim, obstructing her ability to seek justice. A mystery $1,000 "arrears" balance was manufactured during the handover. Despite being notified of this accounting error, BM#2 refused to rectify it. BM#2 withheld bank payment details for weeks. Only four days after finally providing the information, he issued a Notice to Vacate based on the manufactured debt.
  • Jess: issued a formal Breach of Quiet Enjoyment and a request for a rental refund to both parties and 40 page document formally communicating the many breaches they are responsible for, she threatened VCAT filing if they didn't offer resolution. They responded with total silence until December 20, when they bypassed standard VCAT mediation to serve her a civil suit in the Magistrates Court. This is a strategic move to "starve out" the tenant and remove a witness.

*Malvern East building, where the events mostly took place

*A door jammer and chain are just a few of the measures she took to secure her front entry door. Out of view, there is an additional door jammer and tension device between the door and the closest wall. She has since further upgraded her door barricade system; she remains barricaded in her apartment to this day.

*Told by building management it's over, but it was far from over. In this video, Jess is telling her building manager she feared for her life during 6 months of harassment. She had direct knowledge of weapons, threats, and illegal occupants - yet she blocked police from getting evidence and did nothing to protect Jess. When the violence caused Jess financial hardship, she evicted her. This proves she prioritised covering up her negligence over Jess's safety.

Even after their removal, every time Jess tries to leave her apartment, she's followed and harassed.
Even months later in the building lobby, a man she'd never seen before harassed and intimidated her. Building management actively stopped the police investigating.

Jess hasn't left her home in months. Help set her free from the home turned into a prison and help her get justice not just for her, but for every founder, renter, and survivor who has been told they are 'too small' to fight back against organised greed. When we protect Jess, we protect the principle that a person’s home and vision are not for sale to the highest bully.

This is for the patrons who believe in integrity over intimidation and for every at-risk youth who needs to see that even when the world tries to starve you out, the vision survives. We are not just saving a home; we are securing a launchpad for the lives Jess was born to change.

This eviction attempt isn't just losing housing. It's destroying someone who survived everything, built everything, and is now being punished for refusing to stay quiet.

Update 1: The "Justice is Moving" Update - The Fight for Justice Begins: VCAT Lodged!
We have a major legal update. Jess officially challenged the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court in a notice addressed to them and lodged her case with VCAT (the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal).
This is a huge step. By moving this to VCAT, we are forcing the property management to answer for the 6 months of terror they allowed. They tried to bypass the system, but Jess is holding the line.

Because of the first few donations, we are working to keep Jess’s phone line active so she can stay in contact with her legal support. Your help isn't just 'money'—it is a lifeline to the justice system. Thank you for standing with us.
