My daughter Eva and I are starting this page to raise money and make change in children's education in Cambodia. This is what she's aiming for:

I’m raising money to help build a reading and learning room for children at a village school in Cambodia.

Many children in rural Cambodia go to school with very limited resources. Some classrooms have few books, little access to learning materials, and almost no spaces that encourage curiosity or imagination. Education can be the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, but without resources, many children miss out on the chance to truly explore and enjoy learning.

Inspired by my love of exploration, animals, and nature. I want to create a space that I know I would have loved as a child — a calm, welcoming room filled with books, maps, pictures, and hands-on learning materials. A place where children can read, discover the natural world, and feel excited about learning.

The room will include:

Every dollar raised will go directly towards creating a space that supports literacy, creativity, and long-term education. Unlike temporary aid, this room will be used every day by many children for years to come.
