Better Furniture for The Bite

We did it! The new furniture is in place!

Thanks to your generosity, the casual seating area at The Bite on Belmont has brand-new, weatherproof chairs and tables—ready for sunny lunches, relaxed hangs, and everything in between.

Huge thanks to everyone who donated, shared, or cheered this on. What started as a scrappy idea to swap out some saggy indoor furniture turned into a real upgrade for one of our favorite neighborhood spots.

The current casual seating area at The Bite on Belmont includes some makeshift indoor furniture that’s not built to last in the elements. Since it technically belongs to Night Owl, it might not stick around forever. Rather than leave the shared seating area without a good spot to chill, I’m raising $500 to upgrade it with 4 weatherproof IKEA SKARPÖ chairs and 2 matching LÅGASKÄR tables.
