It's been too long that the Foxcroft Board of Directors have hidden important things from us owners. From the mismanagement of the community's money and the fiasco that is the roofing project to the numerous denied requests to see the organization's financial books (a right which is outlined in the Georgia Freedom of Information Act), we believe that it is in the best interest of everyone in the community if we were to hire an independent lawyer to review the upcoming Declaration changes and to remove the corrupt members of the current Board.
