Bett Mazzola’s Healthcare Fund

Elizabeth “Bett” Mazzola has been a beloved resident of Allendale for over 51 years! Many, if not all of you have known Bett for quite sometime and know what a special person she is in the community. Bett is outgoing, loving and always quick with a funny, good natured quip to all she knows. Bett truly has always cheered up my day as I’m sure she has for many of you.

Allendale has been the rock of Betts community as it is where she raised her daughter, and has strong families ties with her sisters nieces and nephews all growing up in town. Bett has been a loyal member of the Guardian Angel church and helping others (both human and animal alike) has been an integral part of her life.

At this time Bett needs the help of the community she loves so much.

In 2015 Bett was diagnosed with metastatic neuroendocrine brain cancer. Although the surgery was successful the recovery has not been and her physical and mental health unfortunately have been in rapid decline.

She is unable to walk or stand on her own and now requires 24/7 care. We are looking to raise funds to help Bett and her family provide the care she desperately needs.
