Right now, many families within our Bethune school community are navigating intense fear and isolation. Federal activities have made it dangerous for many of our neighbors to leave their homes and dozens of Bethune students and their families are effectively homebound. This crisis has stripped parents of their ability to work, access basic groceries, or seek medical care without fear of separation.
This fundraiser is a neighbor-to-neighbor mutual aid initiative established out of detached and disinterested generosity. Our goal is to bridge the gap for those who have been cut off from their livelihood and essential resources. 100% of your contributions provide:
Food & Household Security: Direct delivery of groceries and baby essentials for those in hiding.
Housing Support: Assistance with rent and utility bills to ensure families remain safely housed.
Logistical Safety: Emergency transportation and support for families navigating sudden crises.

Who I Am: I am a parent and volunteer at Bethune, where my son is also a student. I'm working alongside a dedicated team of school-based staff (social workers and liaisons) and speaking directly with families to identify where support is most urgently needed.
How Funds Move: I manage these funds in a dedicated account strictly for this cause. Because we prioritize the safety and legal privacy of our neighbors, the identities of all beneficiaries will remain strictly anonymous.
