(Tanzania) UK: We fund and help run a children's home and School in Tanzania

The Bethany Project – Tanzania

The Bethany Project in Tanzania is an incredible charity that my friends have been passionately involved with for the past few years. This September, I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to say that I’ll be joining them on their next visit.

We’ll be out there for two weeks running a full programme of sports and craft activities for over 300 children, as well as helping out in the school with lessons and other support.

We’re completely self-funding our trip, but we’d really appreciate your help with the equipment and resources we’re planning to take with us—and leave behind for the kids to continue using.

There’s too much to list, but some of the things we’d love to take include:

Sports bibs

Books

Loom bands & Hama beads

✏️ Pencils

⚽ Footballs

Wool

A parachute for games

We’re also planning a special party celebration for all the children while we’re there!
