I’m Esther, founder of the Coastline Communities Development Initiative, an organization on a mission to empower women and girls in underserved coastal communities in Ghana. Our projects and our empowerment center supports over 200 girls across 4 fishing towns on the outskirts of Accra; Kokrobite, Oshiyie, Bortianor and Langma.

One of our main objectives as an organization is to provide opportunities for skills building and enrichment for teen girls to empower them for life and counter gender inequality.

Our S.H.E summer camp is a FREE month-long girls empowerment program to equip teen girls with

S - Soft Skills/life skills

H- Health and Heritage Awareness

E- Education & Empowering workshops

With projects ranging from Arts and Crafts, piano lessons, climate action, beach cleans, Reading and Literacy, public speaking, advocacy and leadership skills training.

We are excited to run this projects of for absolutely FREE to coastal girls aged 3- 20 years but will need your support to make it possible.
