As you can see from the image Berlin has many things - but it does not have a skatepark! We Heart Berlin is the 501c3 behind this project. We Heart Berlin is raising money to make this project happen. We need $975,000 to create this park. This park will have 17,000 sq ft. of skateable concrete in the forms of a bowl, a street plaza, and a pump track. This project is an inter-generational park in its purest form. The location of this project is an old and now re-claimed Tyson chicken facility's loading area. The rest of the park is green space and wide open ponds that are now inhabited by many eastern shore wildfowl.
