Recently, NSW Police raided Benji’s home with a Tactical Response Team and arrested him for allegedly scratching “FreePalestine” and “F—- Israel” in to the office window of a Liberal Party MP.

Adding to the ludicrous nature of the Police aggressively persecuting individuals for taking righteous action against a still continuing genocide, they have also accused Benji of having a history of “anti-semitic behaviour”. There is no truth of any Kind to this accusation - the Police and the MP they are apparently working on behalf of are relying on the intentional false conflation of anti-Zionism with antisemitism as a given fact.

Anti-Zionism and Pro-Palestinian action is NOT antisemitism - there is nothing more antisemitic than the racist, genocidal ideology of Zionism itself.

Benji is being represented in court by Mo El-Harris, at a greatly reduced rate of $700 an appearance. The first court date is on Tuesday, August 19th at Burwood Local Court. We estimate there will be no more than 3 appearances required.
